Why This Client Chose Wani Wear
Our Step-by-Step Manufacturing Process
1. Design Mockup and Approval
We started with a digital mockup. Our design team placed the "Tigers" script across the chest, positioned the roaring tiger mascot above it and built the back layout with the team logo, player name and number. The client reviewed the front and back views, requested their changes and approved the final design before we cut a single panel.
2. Fabric and Trim Selection
We selected a smooth navy shell fabric with a subtle sheen that holds prints sharply. We paired it with a quilted lining for warmth and a structured fit. For the collar, cuffs and waistband, we knitted rib trims in navy and cream stripes to match the team colors exactly.
3. Pattern Cutting and Size Grading
Our cutting team graded patterns across the full size range, from small to 2XL and beyond. Precise grading keeps the chest graphics proportional on every size, so a small jacket and a 2XL jacket both look balanced.
4. Printing and Decoration
We applied the "Tigers" script wordmark with a crisp white outline that stands out against the navy shell. We then added the full-color tiger mascot with rich orange, black and white detail. On the back, we added each player's name, number and the team logo. Every jacket in the order carried its own personalization.
5. Stitching and Assembly
Our skilled tailors joined the shell, lining and rib trims with reinforced stitching at every stress point. We set the snap buttons along the front placket, finished the side welt pockets and attached the size labels at the neck.
6. Quality Control
Our QC team checked every jacket for print alignment, stitch strength, snap function, trim matching and correct sizing. We measured each piece against the approved spec sheet and rejected anything that fell short.
7. Custom Branded Packaging
Finally, we folded each jacket and sealed it in a black polybag printed with the client's own logo, website, phone number, QR code and social media handles. We labeled every bag by size, so the client could sort and distribute the order in minutes.
