CUSTOM BASEBALL HOODIE PROJECT

Custom baseball hoodies designed and manufactured for Texas Bash Boyz, USA, featuring a bold navy, royal blue, grey and white digital camo sublimation design. Each hoodie includes the team's home-plate "BB" crest on the front, the player's name across the lower back, numbered sleeve bands, a Texas flag sleeve patch and an RBS private-label neck print.

CUSTOM BASEBALL HOODIE MANUFACTURING
- WANI WEARS developed these custom baseball hoodies through a complete OEM and private-label production process. Every player received a personalised hoodie with their own name and number, printed with full dye sublimation so the colours stay sharp and won't crack, peel or fade. The project combines all-over camo printing, size-graded artwork, precise stitching and the client's own branding for a team-ready finish.

Project Overview
Texas Bash Boyz, a baseball organisation from Texas, came to Wani Wear for team hoodies that matched their identity on the field. They wanted more than a plain hoodie with a logo. They wanted a full-print team piece in their colours, with every player's name and number on it, that looked as sharp in the dugout as it did off the field.
We handled the full job in-house at our Sialkot facility: design layout, pattern sizing, sublimation printing, cutting, stitching, quality checks, packing and export shipping to the USA. This project is a good example of what our custom sublimated baseball hoodies can do for clubs, travel teams, academies and private-label brands.
Personalised for Every Player
Every hoodie in this order was unique. Our design team built a separate print file for each player, matching the name, number and size on the client's roster. In production you can see examples like NAVAREZ #67, DEHOYOS #22 and #11, each laid out on its own size-graded pattern.
We prepare files for each size (such as the size M layout shown in the project images) so the crest, name bar and sleeve bands sit in the correct position whether the hoodie is youth or adult XXL. This size-graded artwork is what keeps a team order looking consistent when the players line up together.
