CUSTOM SUBLIMATED SHORTS MANUFACTURING
WANI WEARS produced these custom sublimated shorts through a complete OEM and private label process for a team client in the USA. Every panel, from the front and back legs to the waistband and pocket pieces, was printed with all-over dye sublimation so the splatter design runs seamlessly across the garment. The shorts were made to match the client's grey sublimated baseball jerseys, giving the team a complete coordinated uniform. The order was graded across multiple sizes, printed in-house, stitched by our production team and individually packed for retail-ready delivery.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Our client in the USA needed custom shorts that would complete their team look and match the grey baseball jerseys we were producing for them. They wanted something bolder than plain team shorts, with a design that carried the same energy as the jerseys. Our design team built the concept around a deep navy base with heavy red, white and grey paint-splatter graphics sweeping down both sides of each leg.
The front of the shorts carries the team's script wordmark on the left leg and a large outlined player number on the right. The back gives space to the client's partners, with three full-color sponsor logos placed across the lower legs. The waistband is printed with red and white stripes and finished with an elastic band and black drawcord with metal tips, while the hem on each leg repeats the same red and white stripe pattern. Side pockets with red trim add everyday practicality.
Before production, we prepared a detailed techpack showing the front and back views, logo placement and color layout so the client could approve every detail. The artwork was then graded into separate print layouts for each size, with front panels, back panels, waistband strips and pocket pieces arranged on sublimation paper so each piece matched its correct pattern.
The layouts were printed in-house on our Mimaki JV300-160S printer and heat-pressed onto lightweight performance polyester. With sublimation, the ink becomes part of the fabric, so the colors stay sharp and will not crack, peel or fade with washing. The printed fabric was then cut panel by panel and stitched by our production team.
After stitching, each pair was inspected for print alignment, color accuracy, logo placement, correct number and size, and stitching quality. The finished shorts were folded, sealed in individual zip-lock poly bags, packed together with the matching jerseys and shipped to the USA by express courier.
