CUSTOM FULL SLEEVE JERSEY MANUFACTURING
WANI WEARS developed this custom full sleeve jersey through a complete OEM and private label production process for a client in the USA. The project used all-over dye sublimation to bring a detailed Halloween and Mexican pride design to life on every panel, including the front, back, both sleeves and the inside neck. Each jersey was personalized with its own player name and number. The order was graded across multiple sizes, printed in-house, stitched by our production team, and packed individually for a clean retail-ready delivery.

Project Overview
Our client in the USA wanted a team jersey that stood out from standard sportswear. They asked for a full sleeve design that celebrates Mexican heritage and fits the Halloween season. Our design team built the concept around a large skull painted in the colors of the Mexican flag, with the national eagle emblem on the forehead and the words "HECHO" and "MEXICO" in dripping orange lettering across the front.
The back carries the player's name across the shoulders and a large outlined number filled with the same skull and flag artwork. Below it sits a moonlit graveyard scene with an iron fence, bare trees, bats and two glowing jack-o'-lanterns. The sleeves continue the theme with spider webs, bats, dripping red paint and a pumpkin at each cuff. The left sleeve holds the client's logo and the right sleeve repeats the player number. Even the inside neck is printed with the client's logo, which removes the need for a sewn label and gives a premium private-label finish.
Because every jersey had a different name and number, our team prepared separate print layouts for each player and each size. Front, back and sleeve panels were arranged on size-coded sheets so that every piece matched its correct pattern before printing. The artwork was printed on sublimation paper and heat-pressed onto performance polyester. With sublimation, the ink becomes part of the fabric, so the colors will not crack, peel or fade with washing.
After cutting and stitching, each jersey was inspected for print alignment, color accuracy, correct name and number, and stitching quality. Finished jerseys were folded, sealed in individual poly bags, packed in cartons, and shipped to the USA by express courier.
