Choose by performance—not GSM alone

GSM measures fabric mass per square metre; it does not prove quality, breathability, warmth or durability by itself. WANI WEARS considers the complete material construction and the finished garment.

Buyer questions

Fabric guide FAQs

Which fabric is best for sublimated uniforms?

White or light-colored polyester interlock and performance meshes are common choices. The best construction depends on the sport, required weight and desired airflow.

Can I choose a custom GSM?

Yes, subject to construction, color, quantity and availability. The exact production grade should be confirmed through a physical swatch.

What should I use for baseball pants?

Double-knit polyester or a suitable heavy stretch polyester is normally preferred for coverage, movement and abrasion resistance.

Can WANI WEARS match my fabric sample?

Send a physical swatch or garment. We can source the closest available option, but you should approve our submitted swatch before production.

Do you offer recycled or certified fabrics?

Options may be available. State the certification, testing and traceability requirements in the original brief so availability, MOQ and pricing can be confirmed.

Can you send a complete product sample?

Yes. A custom sample can be developed to review fabric, fit, artwork, printing, stitching and finishing before the bulk order.

Not sure which fabric fits your product?

Send your design, reference image or tech pack. Our team will recommend a suitable material and customization method.
